UNITY Tactical® stands behind the quality of its products. Products will be replaced or serviced for any defects in material or workmanship under the following guidelines as set forth. Under the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act, UNITY® offers no express warranty on its product line; however, UNITY® recognizes its responsibility and its commitment to customers through implied warranty.

  • Mounts: Over-torquing fasteners can damage your mount and/or your optic and will void your warranty. Using thread locking compounds, such as Loctite® or others, is not recommended and will void your warranty.
  • Magnifiers: UNITY® guarantees its magnifiers to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 10 years from the original date of purchase. If a defect is found during that period, UNITY® will repair or replace the product at its discretion. UNITY® magnifiers are built to be used, and signs of regular use are expected over time. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, finish wear, or damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications, accidents, or neglect.
  • Discontinued Products: Replacements for discontinued products may be unavailable. The UNITY® customer service team will work with you to find the best solution.

UNITY TACTICAL®, LLC

Shall be contacted by the customer, dealer or distributor to assign a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number prior to returning any shipment.
